Warranty Policy



Fulcrum Biometrics is an authorized representative for numerous biometric software and hardware providers. As an authorized representative, dealer or reseller for these companies, Fulcrum offers full manufacturer warranties for each of the products that we carry according to the manufacturer/developer policies. If you have questions about specific product warranties, please contact our sales staff.

Hardware Warranties

Most of the hardware products that we carry offer a 12 month warranty against electrical defect. If the products cease to function during the first 12 months of ownership for reasons other than physical damage, customers should contact Fulcrum to obtain an RMA according to our normal returns procedure. Software Warranties

Most of the software products that we carry offer warranty against defect in operation according to the manufacturer/developer published criteria. Owners of software products that fail to function according to the published specifications should contact Fulcrum through our Support Portal. Fulcrum will work with the manufacturer/developer to correct any product defects. If satisfactory resolution can not be achieved within the manufacturer/developer allotted time to resolve functional defects in products, Fulcrum will provide a refund for the original purchase price of the software.
