The Pawnshop and Secondhand Merchandise Transaction Information Act U.C.A. 13-32a-101et seq.(PSMTIA) is a Utah law that requires all pawnshops and secondhand merchants who conduct pawn transactions or buy secondhand or used goods to collect a fingerprint image from customers and transmit that fingerprint to the central database. This Fulcrum Biometrics Bundle is designed to make all pawnbrokers and secondhand merchants fully compliant with the mandatory requirements of Utah's Pawnshop and Secondhand Merchandise Transaction Information Act for capturing and reporting digital (electronic) fingerprints.

• Rugged sensor - thick (16 mm) crown glass used for platen. Practically indestructible scanner surface
• Complies with 500dpi image capture requirement
